  • All group coaching sessions are recorded, and you can submit questions beforehand that I'll answer live during the session. I understand life gets busy, but remember - this works when you do too! Your success depends on your engagement.

  • For group coaching: One 1.5-hour session per week, plus time to review the curriculum and implement strategies at your own pace. Since your meal planning is already done for you, you'll just need time for shopping and any meal prep you choose to do (or you can cook fresh for each meal). Most successful clients spend about 30-60 minutes reviewing materials and 1-2 hours on shopping/prep per week.

  • Yes! You have lifetime access to all materials and resources, so you can reference them whenever you need a refresher. However, the real transformation happens when you commit to engaging with the content during the program - reading, applying, and participating fully. The materials are your foundation, but the active work during our time together is where the magic happens.

  • We follow a comprehensive foundation covering hormonal balance, gut health, nutrition strategies, joyful movement, embracing joy and building resilience, inner and outer beauty, and becoming your own best health advocate. Each topic builds on the previous one to create lasting transformation in all areas of your wellbeing.

  • Yes! Meal planning support is woven throughout the program. You'll learn the principles of nourishing your body during this season of life, receive sample meal ideas and templates, and gain the tools to create sustainable eating patterns that work for your lifestyle. This isn't about rigid meal plans, but rather empowering you with the knowledge to make confident food choices that support your goals.

  • Do I get any individual attention or is it all group-based? Yes! You get the best of both worlds. Along with the group support and community, you'll have 3 private 30-minute sessions with me during your program. This gives you personalized attention to address your specific challenges and goals while still benefiting from the group dynamic and shared experiences.

    How many women are in each group? I intentionally keep this an intimate experience with no more than 10 women per group coaching call. This ensures everyone gets heard and receives individual attention during our sessions. Our larger community platform for ongoing connection and support may include more members, but your core coaching group stays small and personal.
