Do your patients need more support than you have time to provide?

Specialized Health Coaching for Your Midlife Female Patients

Are you frustrated that you don't have enough time to support and educate your midlife female patients more closely on healthy habits and behavior change? Are your patients frustrated because they need more hand-holding and accountability than you have time to give, especially when navigating the lifestyle changes that support wellness during this transitional life stage?

As a doctor, your time is a premium. In your patient encounters with midlife women, you may only have time to make recommendations about nutrition, exercise, sleep, and stress management... but many of your patients need close support and assistance in actually implementing those lifestyle changes while managing busy family schedules and the physical transitions that come with this season of life.

That's exactly where I come in. As a nationally board-certified health coach, my job is to coach midlife women through the lifestyle changes needed to implement sustainable nutrition habits, establish joyful movement practices, improve sleep routines, and manage stress effectively. I can help your patients ensure they understand the care plan you created for them. I work closely with them to implement the complex lifestyle changes that are often required to support their overall wellness during midlife.

I have created a very simple referral system so you can quickly and easily get your midlife female patients the personalized support and accountability they need. I've made it easy for you to refer your patients to me, so they can get started with me right away, and you can have the confidence that they will get the support they deserve while you focus on providing excellent medical care.

Hi, I’m Nicole.

NBC-hwc Coach | nutrition coach | Book Lover

Hi, I'm Nicole. I'm a mom to two amazing kids (10 and 5), wife to a veteran who makes the best-smelling coffee every morning (though I'll take mine iced, thanks!), and caretaker to two dogs who bring so much comfort to our home.

Truth? I became a health coach because I saw firsthand how nutrition and movement changed my own life. Not in some overnight miracle way—but through small, consistent choices that added up over time.

I'm board-certified (NBC-HWC) and Precision Nutrition certified, but what that really means is I've learned how to help women start where they are. No perfectionism. No complicated plans that fall apart after a week.

When I'm not coaching, you'll find me with my nose in a book, making messy art with my family, planning simple but colorful meals (because who has time for complicated?), or connecting with other women in conversations that leave us all feeling more alive.

My philosophy? Wellness shouldn't be another thing on your to-do list. It should be a natural rhythm in your day.

Evidence-Based Support:

Research continues to demonstrate that patient outcomes improve with health coaching support. The American Medical Association states:

"Health coaching is a team-based approach that helps patients gain the knowledge, skills and confidence to become active participants in their care. The old saying, 'Give a man a fish, and he eats for a day. Teach a man to fish, and he eats for a lifetime' demonstrates the difference between rescuing a patient and coaching a patient. Patients with chronic conditions need to learn how to fish." [source: https://www.stepsforward.org/modules/health-coaching]
